The four towns of the Panhandle….Allentown, Millstone Township, Roosevelt and Upper Freehold will celebrate their First Anniversary at a Dinner Party on Tuesday, February 19th, at the historical Clarksburg Inn. Invited guest speakers are Congressman Frank Pallone and Monmouth County Chairman Vin Gopal.
